It won't stop the Favre-groupies from bemoaning the team's fate, but it was step in the right direction for Mr. Rodgers against the team that most pick to win the NFC North. The game should have been put away earlier, but the defense came through when needed most to prevent what would have been a devastating last minute loss. I think I heard the sigh of relief from Ted Thompson 120 miles away in Milwaukee.
